Our ORGANIC WHOLE WHOLE SPAGHETTI of the 1881 Collection by Stefano Berruto are the pasta format par excellence, with the added advantage of also being a natural source of fibre. They are obtained from a mixture of organic wholemeal durum wheat semolina of Italian origin and water, slowly dried to maintain the nutritional values and organoleptic characteristics of the wheat unaltered. They hold up well when cooked and you will notice it from the first bite.
