Our ORGANIC PENNE RIGATE | 31 from the 1881 Collection by Stefano Berruto are one of the most cooked and appreciated pasta shapes ever. Ours are obtained from a mixture of organic durum wheat semolina of Italian origin and water, slowly dried to maintain the nutritional values and organoleptic characteristics of the wheat unaltered. They are ideal for any occasion such as a frugal dinner with friends, family or for a more elaborate dish.
