Ingredients for four people:
- 200 g fresh Tortellini
- 80 g Gorgonzola PDO Truffle Cream - Tartufi Jimmy
- 1 whole summer truffle - Tartufi Jimmy
- 20 g of grated Parmigiano Reggiano - Virgilio
Method:
- Cook the tortellini in a pot of previously salted boiling water.
- Heat the cream of Gorgonzola DOP with black truffle in a pan.
- Add the tortellini to the cream and mix everything until it is cooked to perfection.
- Add the previously grated Parmigiano Reggiano and mix everything again.
- Plate the tortellini while they are still hot and creamy...
- Finally, grate a little of our whole summer truffle over the plate and you are ready to enjoy this delight! A recipe with a surprising taste and easy to make.
